pumps while on KP
I was determined to pump, even
though I had an hour of mandatory kitchen patrol, and no other free time.
The gear: my Vacutech VT900.
Constant suction frees up my hands.
I wanted to pump at low suction
- too low to keep a heavy thickwall tube on all by itself - so I anchor
the tube in the cupboard doors below the work area.
Gradually filling the tube.

Packing the base.
After 2 sets of 15 minutes. Because I'm distracted, I don't pump up as
fast as usual, but it feels good while I work!
Packing out to the neck.
Packing the corona - I'm now
fully packed.
After the 4th set - all done
except for a couple of short sets to re-pack.
After re-packing to relax the
ligament some more.
Post-pump - after a little "massage".

S-Curve
The answer is: the
donut causes it. The frenum (underside of the donut) pumps up bigger than
the topside, so as you deflate you curve. To prevent it, minimize and
even out your donut by massaging during breaks, or by not pumping so long.
