Prostate n. Gland located deep in the groin at the base of the penis, between the balls and the anus, that produces precum and the fluid component of spunk (not the spermatozoa). Pumps out spunk during orgasm; its spasms stimulate bundles of sex pleasure nerves (the male G-spot), producing most of the male's orgasmic pleasure. Stimulated by pumping, which swells surrounding tissues. Can be indirectly stimulated along with the male G-spot by rimming or pressing the anal region. Pump n. 1. Device used to extract air from the cylinder when pumping; this creates the suction that causes the cock to enlarge.
