C-Man talks about Getting Tubular

Q

How do I get a more symmetrical look when I pump? I get a funny looking roll of skin that looks bigger underneath than on top, and my dick looks crimped in the middle.

A

The roll you describe is commonly called a "donut".
This happens because the foreskin is more pliable than the skin on the shaft. You can control it by keeping the foreskin in tape or a section of inner tube while pumping. Using lower vacuum also minimizes this.

I don't think any method will increase length out of the tube to any measurable degree, but in time you might see small gains.

Don't force the issue by using high vaccum levels, which will cause blistering and damage to underlying blood vessels.
Using a tube that you can fill completely will give the most symmetrical apppearance out of the tube, at least for a short time. The head will increase a lot more slowly than all other areas, but in time you will notice it's bigger.

Again, wrapping the shaft in a bicycle innertube will restrict its increase while allowing the head to gain. But that's a pain in the ass to do, as it's hard to match a tube to your particular size.
